The Driving Force Behind Crown Built Developments
Tom Vines is the principal of Crown Built Developments. Tom is a fully registered domestic and commercial builder with over 15 years in the housing industry. Tom completed his apprenticeship in carpentry in 2007. Tom’s experience started with high end residential renovations in Melbourne and then he moved onto apartment developments where he was the construction director for a large inner city development company with responsibility for developments totalling around 250 apartments annually.
Tom’s experience in both the domestic and commercial residential building sectors has provided him with unique experience in dealing with the complete range of expertise including town planners, architects, structural engineers and interior designers, as well as major suppliers of leading edge fittings and fixtures.
Once the design elements of a project are finalised, Tom’s expertise in construction management comes to the fore. His attention to detail was honed during his apprenticeship where quality was paramount and this continued to his management of large scale apartment construction, where he developed detailed expertise in delivering complex projects with significant structural components.
